This beautiful villa is located in the charming village of Saligao just minutes away from the beaches of Calungute. It has been simply decorated with antique pieces to retain the charm of the heritage property. It has three ensuite bedrooms (one with a twin bedroom loft attached). The house is set in a luxurious tropical garden with mango, chickoo and guava trees and has a designer in-ground swimming pool. The house has soaring ceilings, a large wrap around porch (perfect for relaxing!) and tons of character and atmosphere.
This house was bought and restored by a Canadian / Indian /Danish family who use it for their own holidays so it is (and feels like) a cherished home. The house comes with a housekeeper to take care of guests. He is a good cook and will gladly take care of meal preparation and purchase groceries for guests if required. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, TV, CD player. It’s also baby friendly and has some baby basics (crib, booster seat, stroller etc) along with a swing set and sandbox.
The house has ample living space with a huge sitting room, a separate dining room, and multiple outdoor spaces to relax and dine. It’s the perfect base for a beach holiday as it’s minutes away from some of Goa’s most famous beaches and best restaurants.
